Performs a morphological dilation on a region using an arbitrary kernel.
Namespace: | AvlNet |
---|---|
Assembly: | AVL.NET.dll |
Syntax
C++
C#
public static void DilateRegion_AnyKernel ( AvlNet.Region inRegion, AvlNet.Region inKernel, AvlNet.Location? inKernelAnchor, AvlNet.Region outRegion )
Parameters
Name | Type | Range | Default | Description | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
inRegion | AvlNet.Region | Input region. | |||
inKernel | AvlNet.Region | Kernel shape (any). | |||
inKernelAnchor | AvlNet.Location? | Location within inKernel, defining its center. Default value: atl::NIL. | |||
outRegion | AvlNet.Region | Output region. |
Description
The operation is a cousin of the DilateRegion filter, yet it uses any proper region selected by user as a structuring element. The center of a kernel is assumed to be at location (width/2,height/2). Refer to the DilateRegion article for further information regarding the morphological dilation itself.
Examples
Hardware Acceleration
This operation supports automatic parallelization for multicore and multiprocessor systems.
Hardware acceleration settings may be manipulated with Settings class.
Errors
List of possible exceptions:
Error type | Description |
