outLocalMinimaAtl.Optional<System.Collections.Generic.List<Avl.SurfaceExtremum>>Found local minima.
outMinimaRegionsAtl.Optional<System.Collections.Generic.List<Avl.Region>>Regions of local minima (plateaus and singletons).
