Creates a region along the given path.

void avl::CreatePathRegion ( const avl::Path& inPath, atl::Optional<const avl::CoordinateSystem2D&> inPathAlignment, float inWidth, int inFrameWidth, int inFrameHeight, avl::Region& outRegion, atl::Optional<avl::Path&> outAlignedPath = atl::NIL )

Optional Outputs
The computation of following outputs can be switched off by passing value atl::NIL
to these parameters: outAlignedPath.
