Points2DToPoints3D_AxesPlane

Header: AVL.h
Namespace: avl
Module: Vision3DLite

Projects an array of 2D points onto a plane defined by 3D coordinate axes.

Syntax

C++
C#

void avl::Points2DToPoints3D_AxesPlane
(
	const atl::Array<avl::Point2D>& inPoints2D,
	avl::PlaneType::Type inPlaneType,
	float inCoordinateValue,
	atl::Array<avl::Point3D>& outPoints3D,
	atl::Optional<avl::Plane3D&> outProjectionPlane = atl::NIL
)

Parameters

Name Type Default Description
Input value inPoints2D const Array<Point2D>&
Input value inPlaneType PlaneType::Type
Input value inCoordinateValue float Coordinate of the chosen axes plane
Output value outPoints3D Array<Point3D>&
Output value outProjectionPlane Optional<Plane3D&> NIL Plane the input is projected onto

Optional Outputs

The computation of following outputs can be switched off by passing value atl::NIL to these parameters: outProjectionPlane.
