SkipEmptyMatrix

This is Filter Equivalent. This function may be present in generated code, but should not be used in hand-written code.

If the input matrix dimensions are non-zero, then the matrix is copied to the output; otherwise Nil value is returned.

Applications: Secures against domain errors caused by empty matrices.
