void avl::Spinnaker_GetLineStatus ( Spinnaker_State& ioState, atl::Optional<atl::String>& inDeviceID, int inLineSelector, bool inVerify, bool inIgnoreCache, bool& outStatus )

Multithreaded environment
This function is not guaranteed to be thread-safe. When used in multithreaded environment, it has to be manually synchronized.
