This is Filter Equivalent. This function may be present in generated code, but should not be used in hand-written code.
Inserts an array at the specified index of another one.

void avs::AvsFilter_InsertArrayToArray ( atl::Array<Type>& ioArray, const atl::Array<Type>& inInsertedArray, int inIndex, bool inInverse )
