Image Constructor

Constructor used for creating new images. Parameter inRoi defines which pixels should not be set with zero values. If value atl::NIL is provided all image pixels will not set.

Syntax

	Avl.PlainType type,
	int depth,
	Optional<Avl.Region> inRoi
)
