Returns Gaussian filter coefficients.
Applications
Prepares matrix to be used with cvSepFilter2D or cvFilter2D.

Aperture size. It should be odd and positive. |

inSigma | Real | Gaussian standard deviation. If it is non-positive, it is computed from ksize. | |
