CropImageToRegion
Crops an image to the area of the specified region.
Syntax
void avl::CropImageToRegion ( const avl::Image& inImage, const avl::Region& inRegion, const avl::Pixel& inOutsidePixel, avl::Image& outImage )

Description
The operation extracts part of the inImage that corresponds to the region.
Other pixels are set to inOutsidePixel color.
