Creates an uniform profile of the given size.

	Name	Type	Range	Description
	inValue	Real		Input common value of all elements
	inSize	Integer	0 - +	Input the number of elements
	inXOffset	Real		X offset of the output profile
	inXScale	Real	0.001 -	X scale of the output profile
	outProfile	Profile		Output profile
