RandomReal

This is Filter Equivalent. This function may be present in generated code, but should not be used in hand-written code.

Creates random real value in given closed interval.

Syntax

	const float inMinValue,
	const float inMaxValue,
	atl::Optional<int> inSeed,
	float& outValue
)

Parameters
