Parameters

Name	Type	Range	Default	Description
ioState	DAQNavi_State&			Object used to maintain state of the function.
inDeviceID	Optional<const String&>		NIL	Description or index of device
inPort	int	0 - +		Port used for outputting data
inBitId	int	0 - 8		Bit id within the selected port
outValue	bool&			Value to output

Multithreaded environment

This function is not guaranteed to be thread-safe. When used in multithreaded environment, it has to be manually synchronized.
