Hardware Acceleration
This operation is optimized for SSE2 technology for pixels of types: all formats (when inSourceRoi = NIL and inBorderColor = NIL).
This operation supports automatic parallelization for multicore and multiprocessor systems.
Hardware acceleration settings may be manipulated with Settings class.
