Parameters

inRoiAvlNet.RegionRange of pixels to be processed. Default value: atl::NIL, or null.
inStdDevfloat<0.0f, INF>3.0fSmoothing standard deviation for the smaller Gaussian kernel. Default value: 3.0f.
inStdDevRatiofloat<1.0f, INF>1.6fDefines how many times larger is the second Gaussian kernel. Default value: 1.6f.

This filter can be used to quickly segment an image by thresholding Difference of Gaussians. It performs a series of operations on inImage:

ExtractBlobs_DoG performed on the sample image with inStdDev = 6.0 and inThresholdParams.MaxIntensity = -4.0.
