Defines linear regression estimator to use.

Values of this enumeration:

• Huber - Suppresses values distant enough linearly according to the distances.
• Tukey - Eliminates values distant enough completely.
• TheilSen - The original Theil-Sen method.
• Siegel - Siegel's improvement assuring 50% breakdown point.
