Requirements
For input inImage only pixel formats are supported: 2⨯uint8, 2⨯uint16, 2⨯int8, 2⨯int16, 2⨯int32, 2⨯real.

List of possible exceptions:

| DomainError | Region exceeds an input image in NormalizePixelVectors. |
