Analytical description of a rectification transform

Describes the correspondence between distorted image plane (i.e. an image taken by a real camera) and a planar surface in observed space. The CameraModel contains intrinsic camera parameters, including distortion parameters. The plane to plane correspondence is held in a 3x3 Homography matrix.
